🌱 ALOE VERA GEL A staple dietary and medicinal use here in Mexico for centuries🌵🌵. I have a plant at home and slap this on my skin and in a tonic for liver protection, detoixification, and immune function support.
🌱ASHWAGANDHA; used in Ayurvedic medicine to support the liver, immune and the body’s ability to adapt to physical, mental and emotional stress 🕊
🌱PAU D’ARCO I first heard of this during my training Institute for Integrative Nutrition where the raw food legend David Wolfe spoke highly of it, used for healthy energy, and immune function, whilst acting as a liver tonic ☂️
